SUMMARY

Supports sourcing manager on daily activities and facilitates processes. Responsible for organizing work materials, such as excel files, record material (ppt, pictures), emails. We are looking for someone open support the daily work.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Organize materials sent by suppliers or Brazil team, such as fabric swatches and original/picking samples;
• Take pictures of samples and swatches, rename and organize the files, make record and update in shared folder;
• Responsible for sending parcels;
• Write information (price, supplier name etc.) on the tags of proto samples, add stickers and seal;
• Make PPT files;
• Help to organize and prepare the showroom for the buying meetings according to sourcing manager requests;
• Work actively with seeking to improve yourself and gain further knowledge in your field of responsibility;
• Assist on excel files, emails, ppt follow up.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Candidates must be well organized, able to meet deadlines and work in stressful situations. Other specific qualifications include:
• Be able to communicate in English (oral/written);
• Microsoft Office (Excel is quite important, PPT, Word, Outlook);
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once;
• Be energetic and take initiative;
• Good interpersonal skills and strong work ethics;
• Willingness to accept the changes initiated by the company;
• Previous experience with fabrics or garments is a plus.
