Core Competencies
• At least 3+ years working experience of ETL for pharmaceutical industry, farmer, retail sales, marketing, and other business functions
• Familiar with Azure BI tools (Azure data bricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server etc.)
• Development Experience of Touchpoint CRM data integration, Sales data integration and Marketing Campaign data integration is highly preferred and familiar with data quality management and data governance.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing data warehousing (ETL) and data infrastructure solutions, including data-modelling
• Good understanding about the data warehouse setup from customer-oriented data sources (SCRM, CRM, ecosystem from local internet giants like Alibaba and Tencent)
• Experience with industry EL and data warehouse Tools-Kettle, Informatica, Talend, HIVE, Spark, SSIS, Azure Data Factory is highly preferred, Redshift and snowflake
• Experience with mainstream cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS,
Microsoft Azure Cloud skill is highly preferred
• Good written & Spoken English and communication skills, Global company experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication management skill in English is highly preferred
• Proportion of skill: PM 0%, Coordinator & Communication 30%, Technique 70%
