Responsibilities:
1. Set up and maintain employee personal files and documents, update in the employee list and maintain the HR system in time.
2. Assisting in social insurance & housing fund contribution, etc.
3. Issue of the employee certificate and any other HR related documents.
4. Preparation of basic reports & analysis of C&B data.
5. Assisting employees to apply for settlement, residence permit and other related matters.
6. Assist staff’s on-boarding, check-out and change process and prepare related documents.
7. Cooperate with team members to held C&B related activities
8. Other duties assigned by lead.
Qualification:
1. More than 2 years experiences in C&B function.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Conversant with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
4. Strong sense of integrity resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable creative.
5. Fluent written and oral in English.
