Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of APAC sales analysis & projection from time to time
2. Perform analysis on expenses & Capex items per regional budget owner request from time to time
3. Participate in the analysis and evaluation for key projects to accelerate business growth. Assist in the analysis, strategy and planning of investments, global projects and initiatives as needed.
4. Responsible for Inventory control and analysis.
5. Support monthly closing activities in reviewing monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheet.
6. Assist the Finance Director to ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with company internal codes and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
7. Provide support to the Finance Director for other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
8. Assist the preparation of financial and tax schedules for statutory audit compliance of entities under his / her responsibilities.
9. Support the annual audit; prepare audit binders and reconciliations and reports at legal entity level according local regulations.
10. Communicate and interface with business personnel on accounting issues.
11. Interface to external and internal auditors, consultants etc.


Skills & knowledge:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent education and experience.
2. Min 3 years external auditing / accounting experience in multinational companies. Having Big 4 audit experience would be a plus.
3. CPA/ACCA/CGA or progress toward certification would be a plus.
4. Thorough knowledge of accounting theory and its application in practice.
5. Proven ability to prepare account analyses and reconcile accounts
6. Computer competency (SAP) in the client-server environment using a wide range of application software.
7. Good communication skill, fluent in oral and written English.
8. Problem solving and process improvement techniques are expected.
9. Ability to assist projects and do the follow-ups.
10. Ability to work well independently and work well in a team setting.
