Responsibilities:

Responsible for order creation and monitor the ongoing projects

Responsible for timesheet booking and rebooking
负责时间表预订和重新预订
Responsible for billing and dunning process
负责账单和催款流程
Responsible for posting accuracy and support monthly/yearly closing and yearly auditing

Collaborating with the business unit and provide the FI suggestions

Building up the regular communication and collaborate with group team and support the internationalization projects

Supervising day-to-day office administration. Ensures a safe and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and safety standards

Requirements 要求
Excellent written English, fluent in oral English
优秀的英语书面表达能力，流利的英语口语
Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, business related areas
财务、商业相关领域的本科以上学历
1+ years FI experience, excellent fresh graduates are also welcome
1+ 年财务经验，或优秀的应届毕业生
Good communication and interpersonal skills, working experience in a multinational company is a plus
良好的沟通和人际交往能力，在跨国公司的工作经验者优先
Familiar with Office 365
熟悉 Office 365
Experience in SAP / CRM system is a plus
