We are now looking for a talented Business Development Executive to be part of our dynamic team, responsible for identify & negotiating new sales growth opportunities across multiple categories, nurture & drive emerging channels (omni-channel) in Greater Bay Area / CBEC online and offline channels.
In a daily life of a Business Development Executive
• Identify & negotiate new sales growth opportunities across multiple categories, nurture & drive emerging channels (omni-channel) for total NiM in CBEC & O2O channel
• Assist & implement the new & emerging channel in GBA/CBEC, new collaboration & partnership with platforms including but not limited to Tmall, JD, Douyin, etc.
• Develop effective and aligned digital communication message to drive brand equity and support platform tailor made digital campaign from idea generation, creative development to campaign execution and evaluation
• Drive sales and uplift conversion through diversified portfolio
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of agreed customer / channel related activities
• Assist business development manager on core GBA / CBEC accounts including Tmall, JD, PDD, O2O channels to get familiar with the daily operation & implementation
• Monitor and execute plans for assigned accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
• Monitor market and competitor trend among different segments to develop timely actions
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
What will make you successful
• Degree holder in Marketing or business related discipline
• At least 3 years of marketing/ sales experience in FMCG industry
• Prior experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects is preferred.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with results-oriented mindset, positive, able to work independently
• Able to work under tight timeline and pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese & English
• Primary work location: Hong Kong (Kowloon Bay)
