Main Responsibilities
主要职责：
1.Design and implement experiment and testing plan according to customer and team request, write lab report independently.
根据客户和团队需求，设计和实施相关实验和测试方案，独立书写测试报告。
2.Assist team to prepare seminars and exhibitions
协助团队准备相关研讨会和展会等
3.Transfer existing technical documents,files and methods to local lab
为本地实验室转移现有技术资料，文件和测试方法等
4.Maintain samples,chemical agents and equipment and operation procedure in Consumer care lab to meet the requirements of company standards
负责个人护理品部门的实验室样品，试剂，仪器及标准操作化等以符合公司相关要求
5.Prepare product technical documentations and marketing materials to help promote products.
准备产品技术文件和市场资料，帮助产品推广。
6.Be involved in handling customers complaints together with QC and sales teams.
与QC和销售团队一起参与处理客户投诉.
7.Design and implementation of innovative projects and formulas independently
独立设计和实施创新项目和配方
8.Support innovative products expand demand in local plant and complete the product localization requirements.
支持本地工厂创新产品的扩大需求以及完成产品本地化
9.Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
完成上级交代的其他工作
Key Experiences and Knowledge and Functional or Professional Skills
关键的经验、知识及专业技能
1.Major in Chemistry, Material or related: Bachelor/Master degree;
化学，材料等相关专业：本科/硕士学历。
2.At least 2 years work experience in personal care industry,skin and color cosmetics formulation development in preferred
至少两年以上在个人护理品行业的工作经验，护肤及彩妆配方经验优先考虑。

1.Good background in personal care,have good working experience in product development(color cosmetics,skin care ad hair care)
