职责概要：
协助人力资源总监优化薪酬方案及福利体系，调整年度薪酬方案，分析公司用工成本，准确的完成薪资、奖金的核算及发放。
主要职责：
1. 协助人事经理制定并完善公司薪酬管理制度，优化薪酬方案及福利体系设计，年度调整薪酬方案，保证薪酬的公平性和竞争性；
2. 汇总、统计各部门员工考勤、休假、加班情况
3. 负责所有员工的工资、奖金核算及相关工资核算的辅助工作，准时准确完成薪资、奖金的核算和发放；
4. 整理并分析公司人员结构、人工成本、人员效率等人力数据，定期出具人力资源相关报告；
5. 负责员工五险一金报表及相关薪酬管理类的各项报表、文件、表单的整理和归档
6. 负责劳务派遣公司的项目费用核算
7. 协助部门其他同事的工作；完成领导交办的其他工作
岗位要求：
全日制大专及以上学历，人力资源或相关专业
制造业5年及以上薪酬相关工作经验
熟练使用办公软件，具有较强思维能力及较强的数据敏感度，有较强的应变能力和内外沟通能力。
具备较强的协调沟通能力、执行力、组织能力、亲和力和应变能力，对工作有热情与激情，积极主动，具有团队合作精神。
