Objectives of this role 岗位职责:
An HR Specialist (Training) is responsible for identifying and developing talent within the business. The role involves advising the business on suitable learning solutions and delivering training. The training business partner also meets key stakeholders to discuss people’s challenges and provides support on people practices such as restructuring and succession planning.
人事专员(培训方向)负责识别和培养企业内部的人才,包括就合适的学习解决方案向企业提供建议并组织培训。培训业务合作伙伴还会与团队中各主要成员会面,讨论员工当前面临的挑战,并就重组和继任计划等操作提供支持。
Responsibilities 工作内容:
1. Assist HRBP to build and improve the production and research training system, including training management procedure, course system, learning assessment and evaluation system, lecturer system, etc.
协助HRBP搭建并完善产研培训体系,包括培训管理制度流程、课程体系、学习考核评估体系、讲师体系等。
2. Assist HRBP to complete the planning and implementation of key training projects in each branch, including pre-job training programs for new employees, manager training programs, key scientific and technological talent training projects, mentoring programs, etc.
协助HRBP完成各支线重点培训项目规划与执行,包括新员工岗前培训项目、管理者培养项目、关键科技人才培养项目、师徒制项目等等。
3. Responsible for maintaining close communication with various departments, organizing annual training request survey, formulating effective talent development plans, designing the growth path, and training plan for production and research employees, and implementing them.
负责与各部门保持密切沟通,开展年度的培训培养需求征集,制定有效的人才发展计划,设计产研人员成长路径及培养方案,并落地实施。
4. Responsible for the establishment of learning resource library and operation of online learning platforms. In charge of refining, and improving the internal education database, developing, and maintaining internal and external training resources. Facilitating the integration and effective inheritance of organizational knowledge and skills and improving the organizational learning and sharing environment.
负责学习资源库建设和线上学习平台运营,提炼和完善内部案例库,开发及维护内外部培训资源,促进组织知识技能的整合沉淀与有效传承,提升组织学习分享氛围。


Skills and Qualifications 任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, open for fresh graduates too, 1~2 years of talent development or training work experience / internship experience is preferred.
本科及以上学历,接受应届生,有1~2年人才发展或培训工作或实习经验优先。
2. Strong system thinking, logical analysis, project management and cross-team communication and coordination skills.
具有较强的系统思考、逻辑分析、项目管理及跨团队沟通协调能力。
3. Actively self-driven and resistant to pressure, high enthusiasm, and commitment to work, willing to investigate in the field of talent development and learning solutions.
积极自驱抗压,对工作热情度和投入度高,愿意深耕人才发展与培训培养领域。
4. Manufacturing related internship or work experience is preferred. 有制造业相关实习或工作经历者优先。
