Job Responsibility：

● Providing comprehensive legal support to Amer’s key stakeholders of digital solutions, including, proofreading, drafting, and reviewing of documents and agreements on the events and tasks in relation, providing professional consulting opinion to the stakeholders, supporting the stakeholders with necessary negotiations from a legal perspective, etc.
● Assisting with the formulation of internal compliance policies, SOPs, contractual terms and updating the documents and records of compliance implementation frequently according to the development of legislation and business practice.
● Implementing the internal compliance rules via effective methods which may vary by case. For instance, conducting PIA/DPIA according to applicable laws and internal policies on activities where personal information is being processed; carrying out training to internal stakeholders on the internal policies; conducting due diligence regarding specific assignments, reviewing, investigating, auditing, and advising daily business activities to ensure the compliance requirements have been met, etc.
● Supporting consumer disputes related to privacy compliance matters.
● Keeping an eye on the development of legislation and law enforcement practice in the fields of privacy, anti-bribery, anti-trust, and other internal compliance topics and sharing the stakeholders with essential digests of the observations.
● Conducting legal study, analysis, and research on an ad hoc basis.
● Providing other assistance to the Legal Compliance Manager on daily or project-based work.

Role Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree or above at a decent law school. PRC bar admission and study experience overseas as a plus.
● At least 3 years of PQE in an MNC company or renowned law firm, experience in privacy compliance is preferred.
● Good command of English, could use English as a working language.
● Sound communication and writing skills.
● Honest, accountable, and high level of integrity.
● Strong sense and solid knowledge of legal and compliance.
● Quick learner, with strong analysis and synergy skills.
● Able to handle multi-tasks effectively and work under pressure.
