At Vantiva Connected Home, the Global Manufacturing Operations team is at the interface of our industrial partners, our material & components vendors, and our internal regional business centers & business operations. Our team is truly international with factories and internal stakeholders in Americas, Europe, and Asia. Our goal is to orchestrate our supply chain toward building a global and versatile capacity, driving for excellence in execution & continuously innovating.

The role:
Our Supplier Focus Team (SFT) is looking for talented supply chain or manufacturing subject matter experts to join as a Production Planner based in our Shenzhen Office.

Responsibilities:
• Weekly analysis of customer demand changes versus typical components lead time.
• Review supply request changes and lead time with SFT leader and release weekly forecast to our industrial partners.
• Regular interactions with industrial partners to review material Clear to Build, and manufacturing Request Plan to identify constraints and take actions to maximize finished goods shipments.
• Lead regular alignments with industrial partners to ensure PO placement for materials and delivery confirmation in support of demand forecast.
• Perform weekly capacity review with Technical Manufacturing manager.
• Support New Product Introduction manager to identify supply constraints based on latest on materials availability & capacity.
• Develop & optimize the production plan to commit the Shipment Confirmation to internal stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Highlight and monitor resolution of top material constraints with internal material buyers and sourcing colleagues.
• Monitor the logistics status such as shipping instruction release, booking confirmation, etc. and drive resolution with logistics team in case of deviation.
• Review daily production output reports to identify potential problems.
• Optimize common materials allocation to maximize finished good shipments.
• Perform supply simulations/ what-ifs analysis for various pull-in/decommit scenarios.
• Track factory key performance indicators such as on time delivery, etc. in support of Quarterly Business reviews.
• Participate in the review of Out of Process costs (Storage, Component Spot Buy, Excess & Obsolete, etc.)

Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Materials Management/ Engineering
• Working experience: 3+ year experience in electronic manufacturing industry
• Information technology: Experience with JIRA, PowerBI, Kinaxis appreciated but not mandatory.
• Languages: Business English proficiency & conversational mandarin are mandatory, other languages such as Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish, French are a plus.
