职责描述:
2.0 JOB SUMMARY
Organizational management: deal with the management of organization and position.
Corporate culture: conduct a variety of online (through official account, video, account, etc.) and offline employee activities according to company strategy and build company culture.
Employee management: deal with employee issues/disputes according to relevant regulations, laws to protect company interest and continuously optimize employee management policies.
Employee transaction: manage employee resignation and position change related procedures.
3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist superior to build the management system of organization, position, employee relation function according to company strategy;
Handle the addition and change of organizational structure and positions, ensuring the correctness of the structure and positions;
Deal with employee issues e.g. negotiation, dispute independently with law authorities, and provide proposal to optimize HR management process;
Deal with employee rewards and punishments according to company regulations;
Handle the process of internal transfer include promotion to supervisor or manager;
Handle the whole departure process include but not limited to resignation interview, summarize and analyze the fluctuation rate monthly and yearly, Provide proposal on actions, monitor and search opportunities to optimize the fluctuation rate;
Maintain company communication channels and track on the feedback and results e.g. Employee survey, suggestion box, also from daily job;
Design annual employee event calendar, plan the budget and organize with support of other HR team members;
Implement employee care according company regulations;
Manage official account, interest groups, etc. based on the company requirements and make full use of them to build company culture;
Other jobs assigned by superior.

员工交易:管理员工辞职和职位变动相关手续。
3.0 主要职责
协助上级根据公司战略构建组织、岗位、员工关系职能管理体系;
处理组织架构和岗位的增设和变更,确保架构和岗位的正确性;
处理员工问题,如与法律部门的谈判、争议,并提供优化人力资源管理流程的建议;
按公司规定处理员工奖惩;
处理内部调动流程,包括晋升为主管或经理;
处理离职全过程,包括但不限于辞职面谈,每月和每年总结和分析波动率,提供行动建议,监控和寻找机会以优化波动率;
维护公司的沟通渠道并跟踪反馈和结果,例如员工调查、意见箱,以及日常工作;
设计年度员工活动日历,计划预算并在其他人力资源团队成员的支持下进行组织;
按照公司规定实施员工关怀;
根据公司要求管理公众号、兴趣小组等,并充分利用它们来构建公司文化;
上级交办的其他岗位。
任职要求:
4.0 REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor degree in HR, Law or relevant majors;
4+ years working experience in HR area;
Familiar with labor law;
Good communication, team spirit, coordination skill and sensitivity;
Work proactively under pressure;
Strong commitment to company and self, honest, result oriented;
