Job Responsibilities：
1.负责接收合格的采购申请单，提供合格的物品；根据比价采购的原则，选择、确定供应商。
Responsible for accept qualified purchase requisition, provide the qualified goods; Based on the principle of purchasing price comparison, choose and determine the suppliers
2.提供有竞争力的采购解决方案和建议，包括成本，交货时间和质量。
Provide competitive procurement solutions and Suggestions, including cost, delivery time and quality.
3.制定新的框架合同，提高采购效率。
To develop new frame contract, improve procurement efficiency.
4.完成在采购过程中的各项要求及活动。
To fulfill other activities and requirement as in the purchasing process
5.管理供应商年度降价谈判，监控年度降价完成情况;
Take annual productivity negotiation with assigned suppliers and monitor execution progress;
6.完成部门分配的采购目标和KPI;
Achieve purchasing objectives and KPI assigned by department
7.完成领导交付的其他工作安排。
To take the other tasks assigned by management.


Job requirements：
1.具有汽车行业采购工作岗位2年以上经验，
Procurement work more than 2 years experience in automobile industry has
2.熟悉采购流程
Be familiar with purchasing process
3.良好的团队合作精神
Good team work
4.良好的沟通、协调、商务谈判能力
Good communication、co-ordination、business negotiation skills
5.良好的英语听，说，读写能力
Good skills of English listening, reading, write and spoken
