Key Responsibilities

Work closely with marketing, medical affairs and other stakeholders to ensure the brand strategy is implemented through good execution of marketing and medical POA to achieve business goal.

• Work with team for execution of medical and marketing initiates.

• Participate in optimizing organizational Effectiveness of initiatives and programs cross medical-marketing.

• Participate in developing integrated budget plan of Medical-Marketing project / program.

• Collaborate with Finance and medical, marketing team to ensure accurate forecasting and budget management with accurate YTD budget spend.

• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including sales, medical affairs, finance, compliance and market access, to optimize implement of brand strategy in a compliance way.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and key opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility and maximize marketing effectiveness.


Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)

• Excellent analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly motivated with demonstrated track record of high performance and producing outstanding results.

• Must be independent, pro-active, self-motivated with strong organizational skills and possess the ability to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks with frequent tight deadlines

• Demonstrated results in creating and managing complex projects

• Excellent at attention to detail and follow-up skills.

• Bachelor's degree or above in life science, Bioscience, Biology, Pharmacy and related disciplines.

• Experience of marketing or medical or clinical background in pharmaceutical companies.
