Job Description职位描述:
General:
Cable Harness development: design, material, functional, legislation, technical boundaries interfaces, schematics, diagrams. Harness components such as cables, connectors, fixing parts, fuse box, relays, fuses Analysis and Interpretation of teorical and experimental data and interface with test department. HIL, SIL
Plan, Develop, Design, Release, Test and Validate Automotive Cable Harness with focus on cost/maintenance reduction
Mindset of the automotive project milestone, product design and release timing slot, change management
Participate all development meetings in a regular base and Agile ways
Work with supplier to deliver the prototypes base on the program timing
Fulfill other requests from team leader or line manager
Sub-Component Engineer
Well know the cable harness subcomponent industry standard
Ability to create and maintain the harness subcomponent database/library in a systemic way
Education and/or Experience教育和经历
Bachelor degree or above
Mechanical/Electric/Electronic/Automotive Engineering
3~5 years in automotive E/E cable harness/connection system Industry
High voltage cable harness/component development experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
知识、技巧和能力
Good command of English in speech & writing
Commercial Vehicles E/E architecture
Office, FMEA version 5 or other failure analysis method
Problem solving skills
Cable Harness development tool skill and capability such as following
Catia/UG/Solidworks…(basic skill on the part design)
2D drawing skills
Saber/CHS/E3…(if any)
Hands-on, very good motivation, team work, clear, objective and transparent communication
Customer oriented, Entrepreneur, Creative, Innovation focused
