Job Description
This role is fully accountable for the plant's revenue growth, profitability and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS). The incumbent shall lead the management team from Engineering, Production & Production Planning (PCBA & SMT & EMS), Purchasing & Materials Planning and Quality Assurance and also Support Functions to deliver financial, customer, operational, organization and people goals and objectives.

Responsible for achieving targets set for Revenue, Profitability and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) capability.
Manage and improve Gross Margin, BOM cost, Total Cost, inventories, Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) and overdue Account Receivable.
Responsible for quote proposal and work closely with customers to win new RFQs.
Lead and work closely with the Management team, Production team and other Functional Group Expertise to ensure Financial and KPIs are monitored and achieved.

Motivate and grow the capability of employees. Develop a powerful team to serve with an aspiration to build a center of excellence for certain strategic and key customers and technology.

Create plans to create touch points to visit or interact with customers to pursue new business opportunities. Manage and oversee new product or service launch.
Review and propose on cost reduction requested by customers.

Engage customer directly to discuss on critical material shortages, delivery, forecast and open issues to achieve on time delivery (OTD) targets regularly.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
BSEE or BSME or similar engineering/Manufacturing degree (Master's or MBA preferred)

Strong in engineering and feels comfortable to deal with customer's representatives and discussing their needs and provides solution.

Min 8 years of experience in a similar PCBA related manufacturing operation with strong cost & quality control management

Experiences should includes operations roles such as in managing production, engineering works, managing supply chain, program management, etc.
Experienced in managing P&L and meeting related goals and supporting customer satisfaction and enhancing customer

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
A plus to have past Research & Development (R&D) work experience in power supply industries, equipments or devices manufacturing along with sales or marketing experience.

Experience working in or closely involved with SE Asia countries (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, especially Vietnam will be the first priority ) - ideally 5 years or more

Fluently in Mandarin, English and Vietnamese.
