Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic supplier relationship with existing suppliers, develop and manage the core of the strategic suppliers to meet commodity costs and performance goals.
• Supplier selection program implementation, optimizing the supply chain and enhance the performance of the suppliers.
• Archive the target goal of the company in delivery, payment, the best interest on price of responsible material and lead the business negotiation.
• Develop a new supply chain operation and management program, lead the procurement function.
• Understand and always updated the current commodity market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges.
• Lead the global procurement strategy to support the supply chain transformation and cooperate with different internal departments including Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders for operational fulfillment functions across APAC to ensure Global consistency.
• Review existing procurement processes and policies
• Collaborate with Customer Supply Chain Managers and monitor the Key Performing Indicator for team members and ensure a smooth and timely manufacturing ramp on new programs.
• Identify problems in current system. Implementation and transformation for new procurement systems

Requirement:

• 10 years procurement experience above with at least 5 years managerial position
• Bachelor or above education background in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in cost saving
• Experience in building up a team from scratch
• Strong knowledge in procurement practice related to Electronic Manufacturing/ CNC sheet metal /Power tool Charger /Adaptors/Metal Stamping., etc industry.
• Knowledge in SAP, ERP system or any other related SCM systems
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent in strategic planning, organizing and bargaining skills
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin or any other language will be plus.
• Stationed in Shenzhen/Dongguan /Vietenam/Romania/Mexico
