Main Responsibility Areas
Control buying budget /OTB management
- By quarter portfolio brand retail and wholesale buying budget monitor and control ensure both topline and Amer inventory in right situation.
Tracking and analyze sales performance
- Align with all channels to make solid bottom-up buy plan both from channel and product level. Manage product lifecycle.
- Monitor all channel sales with routine ST% report to make sure our buy plan is on track. Database set up and BI coordinate
- Improve the accuracy of all merchandising report
Stock control
- Quarterly evaluate and estimate the stock situation, proactive lead internal sales by building liquidation planning and lead executive.
- Work closely with finance, buyer, operation and related stakeholder to smooth the process.
Identify the sales or inventory risk and work out the solution accordingly to maintain the heathy inventory level.
Trade show organization key member
- Assist Product manager to organize and Monitor “Trade show”.
- Responsible assist complete presentation
Local product development
- Develop a competitors’ intelligence process to analyze competitors’ product strategy.
- Build China local product developing /assortment meets market needs based on sell-in/sell-thru data, consumer insight, competitor’s movements, channel matrix and market trends.
Needed Competencies
- 5-8 years of experience in merchandising or product creation in App & FTW industry industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong Communication, report &analysis skill
- Strong business sense and result oriented.
- Strong Sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English
- Passion for tennis or sports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Retail relative experience including product merchandising, sales analysis, stock control, product development etc.
- High communication skill, friendly, each to approach
- Responsible and initiative
- Good sense of visual merchandising is a plus
- Have relative training skills is a plus
