Responsibilities:
Public Affairs Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public affairs initiatives, maintaining positive relationships with government entities on operational basis, and ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
Government Relations:
• Cultivate and foster relationships with key government officials and regulatory bodies at
various levels, focusing on Huangpu District, Shanghai, Shandong, Hebei, Ningxia,
Yunan.
• Monitor legislative and policy developments and assess their potential impact on the
organization, especially on food safety, winemaking.
• Represent the organization in meetings, especially in Foreign Investment Association
Shanghai, Huangpu District, and keep communication with government stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Organize and participate in events to foster positive relationships with stakeholders,
focusing on Shanghai and Huangpu local, including Market Administration Bureau, Tax
Bureau, Address stakeholder concerns and feedback effectively.
• Organize events and initiatives focusing on CADA and CAU partnership to enhance the
TWE 's reputation and address stakeholder concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, especially Legal, Supply, Marketing, Sales team to
ensure a unified approach to stakeholder engagement.
Policy Advocacy:
• Stay informed about relevant policy developments and assess their impact on TWE
business. Especially on food safety, winemaking, viti-culture, sustainability and data
privacy, and advocate for policies that align with the TWE's interests.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or
a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Middle (1/monthly)
