Main Purpose of Job 工作概要/目的
Manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with China GAAP, company policies and external audits and ensure the timely and accurate completion of account reconciliation and analysis,and ensure healthy cash flow.


Main Responsibilities & Activities 工作职责

-Maintain and update monthly closing schedule to ensure the book being closed timely.
-Ensure all financial transactions of TJ and JH plant recorded in compliance with China GAAP, corporate policies and external audits by preparing expense report and BS reconciliaiton report.
-Interacts with budget owners to produce expense variance summary with concise action-oriented commentary.
-Contribute to P&L forecast by developing forward-looking expense forecast.
-Generate bi-weekly cash request and rolling 2 mths cash forecast.
-Double-check payment list before releasing to ensure no mistakes happened.
-Conduct cycle count on fixed assets to ensure consistency between accounting books and physical assets and track capex progress.
-Participate in the establishment or optimization of accounting policies and procedures.
-Continued focus on improving ERP accouting efficiencies combined with AI business practices.
-Coordinate and manage the annual financial and tax audit with indepentent auditors.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
-5+ years of general ledger management and costing experience in foreign, manufacturing environments
-Advanced English level
-Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
