Key Responsibility:

HR functions:
人力资源职能:
1. Assist line manager to formulate and perform human resources management, work flow and business forms;
协助直线经理建立健全人力资源管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等;
2. Formulate and implement human resources planning, including resources allocation, salary and benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee communication;
制定实施人力资源计划,包括资源配置、工资福利、招聘、业绩管理、员工沟通等;
3. In charge of daily recruitment, provide high-quality human resources for the company’s development, maintaining recruitment channels, publishing recruitment needs, collecting resumes, making interview arrangement and establishing talent database;
负责日常招聘, 为公司发展不断提供高质量人力资源;执行公司招聘渠道维护、招聘需求信息发布、简历收集、面试预约和建立人才信息库;
4. Implement all procedures of onboard & exit process/ probation/ labor contract renewal for employee;
执行员工入职和离职流程/试用/劳动合同续签的所有程序;
5. Handle all salary related work, not limit to calculate monthly salary data and provide to finance to pay;
处理所有与薪资相关的工作,不限于计算月度薪资数据并提供给财务支付;
6. In charge of employee social insurance, housing fund, IIT and physical examination;
负责员工社会保险、住房公积金,个人所得税和员工体检;
7. Support to deal with employee relationship;
支持处理员工关系;
8. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
直线经理分配的其他工作。
Admin functions:
行政职能:
1. Assist line manager to formulate and perform administrative regulations, work flow and business forms;
协助直线经理建立健全行政管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等;
2. Manage administrative suppliers, ensure the orderly operation of security, cleaning and canteen, and improve the office environment and employee experience;
管理行政类供应商,确保保安、保洁和餐厅的有序运行,提升办公环境和员工体验;
3. Work as the attendance system administrator, responsible for the proper functioning of the attendance system, implement the attendance procedures, and handle the work related to leaves, overtime and working hours;
担任考勤系统管理员,负责考勤系统的正常运行,执行考勤程序,处理休假,加班,工时相关工作;
4. In charge of applying visa for employees;
负责员工签证的办理事宜;
5. Contact with local authorities;
联络当地政府;
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
直线经理分配的其他工作。
Qualifications:
任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above with 5+ years working experience in HR function or Admin function in manufacturing company;
本科及以上学历,5年以上制造企业人力资源或行政工作经验;
2. Able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure atmosphere, deadline driven and service-oriented environment;
能够在节奏快、压力大、期限紧迫、以服务为导向的环境中表现出色;
3. Combines strong attention to details with an orientation towards results/execution;
注重细节,注重结果/执行;
4. Good Written English, and be able to do daily communication in Spoken English;
良好的英语书面表达能力,能用英语口语进行日常交流;
5. Strong team player and contributor.
