The Human Resource Assistant Manager is responsible for general HR and Administration work, assist and support HR Manager to offer professional HR services to China team.
Responsibilities
• Follow company policy and SOP, plan and implement annual HR work together with HR manger. Provide a proactive and high-quality HR service for China team.
• Responsible to ensuring a great employee experience through the employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Assist HR manger, independently handle one or two HR functions.
• Initiate or support HR projects, such as talent development, employee benefits, employer branding, etc. Coordinate company activities and admin work.
• Convey company culture and value to build up a positive morale and relationship within the team and cross teams.
• Understand industry demand and trends, maintain and develop good relationship with vendors, regularly offer HR industry report.
• Analyze and evaluate current sop, continuously improve working process and practice.
• Handle day-to-day staffs’ enquiries of various levels.
• Provide any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors
• More than 12 years' HR & Administration working experience in retail industry with sports or lifestyle. Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment is preferred.
• Familiar with all HR functions and can independently handle one or two.
• Good at MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• A team member with positive attitude, creative, proactive and optimistic.
• Strong analytical and communication skill.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Problem solving skill.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Infrequent travel
