Main Responsibility:
Through comeleting HR Share Service Center related tasks, Like: Provide professional administraction service for employees (like canteen, shuttle bus, Lockers etc) & visitors (incl Expatriates), Support HR COE well apply employees' benefits related, Supporting HRSSC team leader with better Performance achievement, Continousely Improve employee satisfaction & whole plant team engagement.
1. Adm management
- Shuttle bus, canteen, uniform & locker (updating database, various arrangements), green plants (authorized area) management. Guarantee these area services' quality, safety, cost, employee satisfaction are really under control and at good level. Related license should be available / renewed compliance with legal or related regulations. Make sure, All kinds of Audits, like OHS, TS,Conti Central are 100% compliant.
2. T&A Management
Employees Benefits
- Support other team members to drive sub-coordinators, well implement T&A management HR related tasks, Well compliance company rules and make sure data accurancy.
- Employee ID Card and related issue follow up.
3. HR Team Support
As team memeber to conduct Conti-Hefei all kinds of activities implement which helps promote company culture, employee team cooperation and working efficiency:
- Activities: Annual award ceremony, outing, Conti-Theme Day, Conti -HF sports team etc.
- Conti-Visitors host and management, build up better bridge / net-working with them.
4. Database management
- Expense cost system information updating.
- Adm cost impact monthly payment and cost reporting and tracking
- Other HR team activities' support
Support Orientation trip, hotel booking, pick up, ect. Residence lisence and working permit
- House renting and family members administration supporting Visa Management,
- Support for staff visa application (Guidance revise, Template available, document preparation, etc).
6. Others
- As team member of HR, should learn and trainer related knowlege and skills related, can offer support or handling related tasks in case team member are absent.
- Assitant for the people recruitment ( interview arrangement, medical check arrangement etc), Implement New employees enroll and leave process related actions
Job Requirements:
- Required – Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, social science or related area.
Preferred – Master’s degree in business, psychology, social science or related area.
- 2+ years of relevant HR professional experience in employee relations, HR Programs, communications & activities etc.,
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of PRC labor law and regulations
- ER related improvement projcet will be plus
- Basic project management concept
- Has worked with various cultures e.g. in international studies (demonstrates intercultural sensitivity and inclusive behavior).
