Brief description of the position:

Monitor commissioning maturity of pre-series production and ensure the commissioning of vehicle electronics. Lead the analysis of the electronic related issues and develop solution to electronic related issues.




Key Tasks:

Monitor commissioning maturity in pre-series production.
Ensure the commissioning of vehicle electronics in early stage of pre-series production start-up.
Lead the analysis of difficult electronic related issues, and develop solution to the electronic related issues, such as ECU and whole-vehicle Diagnostics and commissioning, HV-Commissioning, DTC.
Manage and promote electronic issues related to programming, production, process, and product through electronic cross function team.
Interface of production to R&D for clarify all ECU commissioning test requirement to develop and update IB3P.
Qualification and skills:

Bachelor or master's degree in Automobile Engineering, Electronic & Information Engineering background preferred or equivalent qualifications.
Basic Knowledge of Automotive Systems, CAN BUS system.
Structured working methods, ability to work in a team, high dedication, high degree of initiative, above-average communication skills, assertiveness, innovative approach, willing to travel internationally.
Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory, fluently in German is appreciated.
IT skills: MS Office, VBA and Python is appreciated.
