As a member of Changshu Finance team, the financial analyst will be responsible to budget, forecast and closing. This person will also partner with Changshu TCS operation team to achieve OI and cash flow target. This person is based at Changshu plant, this full-time position will report to finance controller.

Changshu TCS branch is new set up in Feb’2024 for the production of automotive seat comfort systems and core components
This position is for new Changshu TCS branch, support for bank account set up, Coupa system and QAD system set up, P&L/BS forecast and finance closing.
The Role

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Support Changshu TCS branch set up, including bank, Coupa system, QAD system, Concur system etc...

• Responsible for Changshu TCS branch yearly budget, monthly forecast.

• Responsible for monthly CAPEX report (PSR), PPR report etc.

• Support operation meet monthly KPI target.

• Provide sales report and keep on tracking LTA and P2P.

• Monitor project sales and expense, follow up with project team for actions.

• Responsible for yearly STD cost update and monthly STD cost update.

• Support controller to track OIP and follow up with operation to meet the target.

• Responsible for weekly R&O and follow up with other team for action.
Qualifications
• Recognized bachelor's degree in Finance.

• Good cross-function communication.

• Good English skill in both writing and oral.

• 2 years’ experience in Auto industry and manufacturing, and strong financial and business

• Familiar with QAD and Hyperion.

• Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline, self-motivated and proactive..
