Description

* Lead and manage office operations, ensuring all sourcing, QC, logistics, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to meet quality and cost objectives.
* Conduct regular quality control inspections and audits of products and suppliers to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Coordinate with logistics partners to organize the shipping of containers, managing schedules, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage office administrative tasks, including document management, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the office team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Liaise with UK headquarters and other international offices to ensure alignment of objectives and efficient communication.

Profile

* Proven experience in office management, preferably in a sourcing or logistics environment.
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluent in Mandarin is preferable, but in English is a must, both written and spoken.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with supply chain management software.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
