Position Summary

Optimize energy consumption reduction of the whole entity, set up and optimize energy system, with digitalization system support or new technology support.

Follow up the improvement projects on machines initiated in the entity and ensure all of these are deliver with quality;

Support TPM activities and digitalization of maintenance function;

Responsibility

1)Responsible for optimizing energy management system of the entity;

2)Coordinate the overall plan and activity of continuous improvement on energy consumption;

3)Set up digitalization system, collect and analyze data, apply advanced technology to utilize the data, to drive the best solution for the optimization of energy consumption and other KPIs;

4)Initiate creative ideas, make designs and create plan, implement the design to realize the idea to achieve energy consumption reductions;

5)Initiate/response to the construction projects related to production equipment and related utilities, plan and evaluate designs to choose the best technical solutions. Follow up with implementation schedule, audit the process and ensure the best quality of the deliveries and final acceptance;

6)Management system continuous improvement for the dept;

7)Support maintenance team to do TPM, spare parts management, trouble shooting, etc;

8)Assist dept manager to build a safe working environment, ensure the compliance of 6S;

9)Completed the task arranged by supervisor in time;

Work Experience

1)Hands on experience of equipment upgrade, installation and debugging;

2)Lead the success of technical projects on machine/utilities;

3)Hands on experience of machine trouble shooting, experience with PLC programing is preferred;

Knowledge And Skill

1)Able to lead the success of machine/utility improvement project and energy consumption reduction project, deliver with quality;

2)Sensitive to data, able to read message from data to get correct direction;

3)Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, data science/AI is plus;

4)Good command of English;
