This role is responsible for assist in the operation of e-commerce DTC channel, monitor DTC sell-thru and operation strategy.

Responsibilities
 Be mainly responsible for the development and execution of the business strategy and operation plan for the company’s stores and brands on EC DTC channel; formulate sales plans and achieve the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets of EC DTC channel.
 Managing the daily operation of JD Tmall store; be responsible monitoring for resource allocations in all areas including sales, logistics, payment, customer service, etc.
 Managing and monitoring TP and related vendors
 Be the main contact point for EC platform; communicate with online actively to learn opportunities and obtain resources from E-commerce platform on time
 Work with team members to establish right assortments of the operation plan that best fit each DTC channel.
 Focus on JD (60%) and TM (40%) to achieve sales target and improve online membership.
 Analyze business and sales data to produce reports on a quarterly, monthly, or weekly basis.
 Coordinate with finance and CS team to monitor and control expenses.
 Actively deal with other work assigned by line manager.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behavior
 More than 1-2years of experience in EC operation is required, familiar with platform marketing rules, Apparel industry experience is preferred.
 Strong data analysis ability, able to improve the click-through rate and flow rate of the store, assist line manager to develop and improve the operation plan, and achieve the sales target of the store
 Familiar with the operating environment of e-commerce platforms, trading rules and the use of various marketing tools
 Clear thinking, strong execution, good learning, communication and understanding skills.
 Good professional ethics, good teamwork spirit, patience, sincerity, strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
 Proficient in using office software (Excel, PPT, etc.)
Education
 Bachelor’s degree or above
