Service Engineer
General Description
The position of Service Engineer is responsible for service & maintenance of ELV system in according to CONVERGINT’s standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

客户服务工程师负责根据公司标准维护客户的弱电系统,提升客户的满意度
Main Responsibilities:
· Solve the client’s ELV system problems including security system, AV system and Cabling in the earliest time
· Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations and systems training
· Ensure quality of CONVERGINT services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region
· Produce system diagrams by AutoCAD
· Increase customer satisfaction, Maintain long-term relationships with clients
主要工作职责:
· 解决本区域内客户的弱电系统的运行及使用问题,包括安防,音视频和综合布线
· 提供支持和维护服务,如日常预防性维护、故障排除、系统升级/扩容/改造和系统培训
· 严格按照公司的标准和政策,确保CONVERGINT服务的质量,对指定区域内的所有服务要求提供及时有效的响应
· 绘制系统图
· 提高客户满意度,维护与客户的长期关系
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering
· Experience in ELV system with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Alarm System, AV system and Cabling system will be considered as a plus. Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database
· Ability to work under pressure
· Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability
· Strong self-learning ability, work independently
· Customer-orientation
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
职位要求:
· 电子、自动化、机电一体化或计算机等相关专业大专以上学历
· 有ELV系统工作经验,熟悉门禁、闭路电视、报警系统、AV系统和布线系统者优先考虑。具备基本的IT硬件、网络和数据库知识
