Position: Finance Manager
Work Location: TianJin
Job Description:
- Functional Reporting Line: China Seating Finance Director
- Disciplinary Reporting line: General Manager/Business VP
- Responsibilities:
- This is an overall finance controller role, In charge of TianJin Tyron plant finance department
- In charge to setup and improve finance regulations, Setup SAP system with team
- Lead team for tax filing/monthly/Year-end closing and annual CPA audit
- Lead team for Yearly budget, monthly rolling forecast and deviation analysis
- Support Seating FD to prepare board meeting financial report/FC preparation
- Work project controller, make sure new project EBIT target after new project nomination
- Lead team to control expenses/HC/Capex and other financial KPI
- Any ad-hoc requests from management.
Job Specification / required skills:
- Finance Education background,
- 10 years of financial experience in a sizable MNC, 3 Year manager-level experience
- Auto Finance experience preferred; JV work experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge in CAS and IFRS
- Good working knowledge in tax reporting, financial controls and financial analysis
- Proactive attitude and result oriented
- Good PC skill in Excel and SAP; good analysis skill;
- Good command in oral and written English;
- Open-minded, good teamwork and communication.
