- Responsible for screening candidates, organizing/participating interview process, conducting effective analysis on candidates' qualifications.
进行侯选者的筛选,组织并参与面试,并对侯选人的资质进行有效的分析评价。
- Analyzing possible problems existing in the organization and providing feasible suggestions or solutions.
分析组织结构上的潜在问题并针对相关问题提供可行性建议。
- Responsible for explaining company policies to employees, assist in dealing with disputes.

- Responsible for labor contract/training contract management, complete exit procedure.

- Assist in employee attendance management, performance appraisal and salary review.

Required skills:
- Education, qualifications and training教育程度,资质和培训:
1) University degree or above, major in HRM, psychological or English.
大学本科以上学历,专业是人力资源管理、心理学或英语。
- Working experiences 工作经验:
1)At least three years HR working experiences in automotive or manufacture field.
至少三年以上在汽车或制造行业人力资源领域的工作经验。
2)Knowledge of recruiting, training, compensation & benefit, labor relationship and HR system.
具备人力资源各模块的基本概念;
- Specialised knowledge or skills required (functional skills) 专业知识:
1)Good PC skill in Excel, word and PPT.
良好的计算机操作技能。
2)Be good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
英文可作为工作语言。
- Competencies (leadership and managerial skills) 软性管理与领导技能:
1) Ability of strong understanding and communication.
2) Strong ability to take great pressure, good spirit of teamwork, strong sense of responsibility.
