Principal responsibilities
— Facilitate timely review with APAC CI power users on CI ideas raised from APAC various functions, take the quick analysis for action taken and provide the response to CI originators. Prepare the CI report for Monthly Management Review
— Monthly review APAC IC Project NCs with LE region execution heads and NC owners and align with LG APAC POL, CoE and OPS RBUs on IC project NC follow-up
— To facilitate monthly Lessons Learnt review with APAC LL coordinators from PE, EN, Product Management and others, follow with LL ticket owners and related stakeholders on RCA review and preventive actions to move forward on closing LL tickets
— Participate Global Lessons Learnt meeting to share APAC feedback and distribute other region’s LL to APAC functions for learning
— Continuously work with Digitalization team to optimize the online tools of APAC CI platform and Defect Reports based on APAC team’s feedback
— Follow with Sales and PlantServ on customer feedback analysis and track the trend for LL/NC close-out for to meet the KPIs of LEAPAC Quality & HSE improvement


Key interfaces

Required key skills (functional/technical)
— Familiar with Project Quality Management and Project QC with Engineering related
— Good to know LE IMS Quality & HSE work process
— Deep understanding of LE Quality Management process including the ability to RCA review and systematic analysis on various defects
— Prefer ISO audit certificate
— Ability to work with external and internal organisation with strong coordination
— Strong team player in a highly matrixed environment
— People engagement
