职责描述：
1. Participate in new product process design.

2. Make out the overall planning of new fixture;

3. Calculate the cost estimates for new fixture, make CIS for tooling cost reduction.

4. Make the detailed design of the fixture, produce the engineering drawings, and claim the related requirements for the fixture.
对工装夹具进行详细的设计，绘制工程图纸，并对工装夹具提出相应的要求
5. Communicate with the supplier for fixture issue.
与供应商就工装夹具问题进行沟通
6. Install and test the fixture.
安装并测试工装夹具
7. The development costs controlling, optimize the structure.
控制开发成本，优化工装夹具结构
8. Design fixture to implement POKA-YOKE for daily production.
为日常生产设计工装夹具
9. Tools and fixtures management
夹具及工装的管理
10. Support CIP improvement and lean production
支持CIP的改进和精益生产
11. Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or above, mechanical related major；
本科以上学历，机械相关专业。
2. Fluent in oral and written English
英语听说读写流利。
3. Skillful in MS Office, 2D/3D/CAD(Creo/ProE, AutoCAD,Catia)
熟练使用办公软件，2D/3D/CAD(Creo/ProE, AutoCAD,Catia)
4. 3+ years working experience in related area.
3年以上相关工作经验。
4. knowledge of 5S and TPM，process design，machining process and Lean production
了解5S和TPM、过程设计、加工过程和精益生产。
6. Good communication skills，result Orientation，pressure holder, conscientious, be responsible and accountable
