【工作内容】
1.Being the electric hardware (EM & ECU) expert to lead the technical tasks & activities internally & externally
2.Implementing gap analysis acc. to the customer & legislation requirement, documenting the gap & its communication result w/ customers
3.Proposing / developing product concept in accordance w/ customer requirement, work out engineering deliverable in terms of BoM, Drawings of product & components, S/C list , requirement specification as well as test specification & etc.
4.Technical risk evaluation by using the DFMEA methodology, define the mitigation plan & action in terms of tolerance calculation, GD&T, Simulation as well as validation
5.Work together w/ simulation expert to define the simulation plan, incorporate the simulation result into the product / components design
6.Being the technical expert in the project team, providing engineering expertise across functions to secure the project deliverable e.g. customer technical discussion, supplier technical discussion, Design for manufacturing & assemble & etc.
7.Present / participant in design review meeting to secure the engineering deliverable w/ engagement of global expertise
8.Creating prototype building plan & control plan, coordinate across functions for prototype production & documenting the key data acc. to the control plan
9.Problem solving by using 8D systematic
10.Responsible for engineering change & concession process, support continuous improvement and cost reduction.
11.Initiate and follow-up patent analysis’ and identify ideas for own patents.

【任职要求】
1.Bachelor+ Degree in Engineering, major in mechanical or electrics or automotive is plus
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Engineering in the automotive industry
3.Experience in electrified motor (BLDC) or electric control unit (ECU) or sensor related hardware design
4.Knowledge of signal and automotive electronics design and functional safety(ISO 26262)
5.Experiences in 2/3 D CAD system, Creo are preferred.
6.Literate in FMEA systematic and tools
7.Fluent in English both for writing & verbal
