Responsibilities:
1、Support the Electronic engineer during the design term, including material selection, parameter test, SPEC verification, and MTP verification, giving your constructive view for electronic issues.
2、Review CM product process and SOP during EVT/DVT/PVT/MP to make sure the process meets product requirements and correct any process mistakes found.
3、Help CMs improve continuous pass rate and to increase the efficiency of the process..
4、Support CMs PE and TE in analyzing failure and improving their repair skills.
5、Failure analysis and provide solution.
6、Become a bridge between PD and CM, let both sides fully understand each other.
7、New electronic technology and approach study.
Requirements:
1、B.S. in Electronic engineering or relative with 5-8 years of experience in the electronics industry
2、Mature, well-rounded business acumen, ability to form strong working relationships with local and US team members and suppliers.
3、Excellent communication skills, has solid experience working with OEM/ODM suppliers and international teams.
4、Well knowledge of electronic processes.
5、Excellent problem-solving skills, have a strong ability to conduct failure analysis and find out the root cause, and develop solutions.
6、Basic OA software abilities and basic Orcad and Pads layout skills for reviewing schematic and PCB layout requirements
7、Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, must be able to work directly with native English speakers effectively.
