【SUMMARY】
The Senior Wholesale Operation Executive is responsible for supporting Wholesale operation manger to effectively manage the wholesale operation work, which including collecting and updating store information both for multi and mono brand , monitoring and analyzing sell-in, sell-out and inventory at retailers’ stores, setting up standard procedure which can help team to manage partners ,open new stores and to maintain high operation standards of existing stores.
The Senior Wholesale Operation Executive will be the leader of IT integration project (Mono sales data uploading) and B2B project (Mono bulk order entry)
Meanwhile The Senior Wholesale Operation Executive will help the Wholesale operation manger on Seasonal trade show, Seasonal accrual , order management and other paper work assigned by line manager.

【DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】
40% Sales Analysis and Business Proposal

1. Own the anlaysis of all kinds of sales data, sell-in/sell-out/sell thru/stock, etc and output regular report to management team by weekly and monthly;
2. Monthly follow up the updates of the store status and new opening tracing report to ensure all the departments get an centralized and up-to-date store information list;
3. Prepare and provide analysis and business proposals to line manager by monthly/quarterly;
4. Participate, coordinate and conduct in-season shipment phasing, to make sure quarterly phasing is rational and under control;
5. Diagnose sales performance from various angels and provide related insights to .Support sales function to complete overall business plan and achieve company budget plan；


30% Standard procedure and Business Flow Management

1. Closely work with sales team to follow overall business process is well executed, including bulk order execution, seasonal order consolidation, store new open, trade show flow, etc.
2. Assist seasonal trade show management and operation from the beginning to the end, including retro plan, meeting agenda, layout discussion, participator list collection and group allocation, expense control, etc
3. Setting up standard procedure which can help team to manage partners ,open new stores and to maintain high operation standards of existing stores like process playbook, guidelines for retailer’s stores.
4. Lead E-learning and MSP tracking and communicate with training team and vendor.
15% Partner's System Project
1. Make sure partners follow company's criteria to upload sales/inventory data and entry order on time
2. Closely follow company's development orientation, that if there's any new partner join in business. Train new partner understand project and arrange to involve new partner in project in time also;
3. Create standard operation process on project to make useful documentation to share;
4. Fully leverage system, create more visualization and business-driven dashboard;


15%Others
1.Support as contact window of partner retail team to other departments so as to have smooth communication and sucessfully complete related task;
2. Help the Wholesale operation manger on Seasonal trade show, Seasonal accrual , order management and other paper work assigned by line manager.
【QUALIFICATIONS】
Bachelor Degree or Above

＞2 year experience on retail/wholesale operation
Excellent office skill (excel & ppt)
Fluent English
