1.组织ISO14001体系内外部审核、管理评审。准备符合ISO标准的ESG领域相关的管理体系文件及数据。应对客户审核中ESG相关的正式非正式审核及文件准备。
Organize ISO14001 system related internal and external audit and management review. Preparation of management system documentation in line with applicable ISO standards in the field of ESG. Answering official and non-official customer audit of ESG related work and documentation preparation.
2.组织制定年度目标方案及定期跟踪工厂环境安全工作的开展，并定期进行检查。
Organize annual target plan and regular follow-up of the environment safety related work and implementation, inspect the factory regularly.
3.负责员工健康安全管理及安全事故的调查与处理，并制定相应的改善措施。负责完善、跟进紧急响应机制，并定期进行演练。
Responsible for health & security management of staff and the investigation & handling of accidents and develop corresponding improvement measures. Responsible to accomplish and follow up emergency response mechanism and conduct regular drills.
4.根据集团规则实施可持续发展项目。根据可持续发展领域的行业标准及集团政策落实公司的内部审核，并完善相应管理体系及文档。
Implementation of the sustainability programs based on global regulation. Conducting internal audits at the site in line with global corporate policy and standards in the field of sustainability, accordingly, to accomplish and documentation the management system.
5.厂房设施、厂务管理及相关行政政策制度流程完善.
Workshop facility management & factory affairs and to improve related administrative process.
6.落实符合国际标准和集团政策的能源管理体系和温室气体核算体系。
Implementing an energy management system and GHG accounting systems at the site in line with international standards and global corporate policy.
7.为相关部门提供安全建议。
Provide safety advice to relevant departments.
8.上级交付的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by manager.
任职资格Requirements:
1.环境工程或行政管理相关专业大专以上学历。
Junior college and above, environment engineering public administration, or relevant discipline
2.熟练掌握EHG相关政策和制度。
Master of EHG policy and system related knowledge.
3.3年或以上EHG相关工作经验。行政管理经验为加分项。
3 years working experience of EHG related. Administration Management experience is a plus.
4.良好的人际交往能力。
Good communication ability
5.具备较强的执行力。
Great power of execution
