岗位职责:
1.解答玩家在游戏过程中遇到的各类问题;
2.及时反馈和处理游戏异常状况,并与玩家做好沟通;
3.监控游戏运行状态,维护游戏世界的正常秩序;
4.收集反馈游戏测试及BUG信息,对产品提出改进建议。
任职要求:
1.大专及以上在校生,热爱游戏,有丰富的游戏经验;
2.服务意识良好,能耐心解决并跟进玩家反馈;
3.工作积极主动,踏实稳重;
4.熟悉EVE Online。
