Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Recruitment Director to lead our talent acquisition strategy on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent across diverse markets and cultures. This role requires excellent leadership skills, an innovative approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
Identify and establish key talent pools globally, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles across the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, executives, and external partners, to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and objectives.
Manage and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
Oversee the recruitment team's performance, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment metrics and reporting, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, driving innovation within the recruitment function.
Develop and implement training and development programs for recruitment staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Director or similar role, with a strong track record of success in global talent acquisition.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a distributed recruitment team.
In-depth knowledge of global recruitment strategies, processes, and techniques, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and talent management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Familiarity with recruitment technologies, platforms, and tools, and Candidate Experience tools.
Ability to travel internationally for business purposes, including attending industry events and conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates.
