工作职责:
1.公司中英合同及其他法律文本的起草、审查、修改，参与业务谈判及合同相关争议解决。
2.制作并更新格式合同库，
3.配合相关部门进行谈判、协商，处理工作过程中的各类纠纷。
4.对业务支持相关的法律法规进行研究，为业务开展和规范运作提供法律意见或建议。
5.进行跨部门沟通，探讨相关的疑难问题、进行法律分析并协助出具解决方案。
6.其他相关的法律工作
任职资格:
1.政法类大学法学专业，本科学历，熟练运用民法、合同法、公司法等相关法律等。 2.一年及以上制造业企业工作经验
3.英语听说读写流利；
4.具备严密的逻辑思维、敏锐的法律感觉、准确的法律判断，亲和力佳。
5.富有激情，愿意接受创新、挑战性工作，抗压能力强，善于沟通协调及组织。

In 1999, we established the Keeway brand in Hungary, Europe. At the very beginning, it focused on leveraging China's supply chain advantages to distribute top-quality motorcycles worldwide.
In 2005, we participated in the acquisition of Benelli, an Italian motorcycle brand with a century-long history, further expanding its product portfolio and market share.
By 2009, we had embarked on a global expansion strategy, establishing seven subsidiaries in Europe and successfully entering markets in the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other regions up to 100+ countries.
Keeway GROUP has focused on the development of electric products due to Keeway GROUP's strong background in the motorcycle industry and the steady growth of the conventional motorcycle business.
In 2020, Keeway GROUP led acquiring a German E-bike company, becoming the first Chinese enterprise to acquire a German E-bike brand. In the future, Keeway GROUP will vigorously expand its presence in the entire ecosystem of electric products, including e-bikes and electric motorcycles.
