Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily credit management and shipments release.
2. Credit limit management from apply limit, set up credit limit, credit limit review.
3. Responsible for monthly tracking customers payment.
4. Responsible for rolling monthly cash application.
5. Ensure monthly closing related works completed on schedule. Such as adjust billing, VAT closing table, advance payment report, AR Aging report.
6. Responsible for BSR and updating AR Aging comments to make sure no past due.
7. Communicate with internal department and external customers efficiently.
8. Assist internal and external audit.
9. Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures.
10. Coordinates with internal departments to resolve billing disputes that may affect the ability to collect receivables.
11. Manage collection risk and control bad debt, timely reserve bad debt provisions for doubtful accounts.
12. Establish effective cross function, business communication channel to better understand requirement & expectation on credit & AR team.
 
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Education: Bachelor’s in accounting or finance
2. Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in Finance with senior roles in credit control and AR
3. Knowledge of ERP systems and office software, SAP preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communicational and negotiation skill
5. Fluent English, both Spoken and Written
6. Excellent analytical and Excel skills
