Main/Essential Task
1、Develop, supervise and improve the quality management system.
2、Implement quality controlling in product development/transfer projects and participate the continuous improvement process throughout the whole product life cycle.
3、Deal with escalated quality problems in the production, define and follow-up/implement corrective actions and preventive actions.
4、Be responsible for the quality monitoring in the production to ensure that the finished products meet the quality requirements.
5、Quality improvement for production, internal and external suppliers; communicate the quality issues with internal and external.
6、Create/maintain the inspection plan for product and key components.
7、Conduct the field quality analysis and problem-solving process for product quality problems.
8、Supporting customer care processes (e.g.: complaint management)
9、Organize regular quality meeting and prepare analysis of quality data, quality reporting&KPIs.
10、Coordination of the process management regarding creation, examination, release and realization of standards
11、Support continuous improvement process and implement quality improvement projects.
12、Audit management (e.g.: supplier audit, internal audits)
13、Cooperating with suppliers,?customers or?multi-teams?projects
14、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience
5-7 years
Knowledge/skills
1、Mechanical/electrical technical background
2、Analytical skills and structured problem solving
3、Quality tools?(PDCA, 8D, 5Why, ISO standards)
4、Production?systems?(lean manufacturing,?continuous improvement, 5S)
5、MS office skill (Excel, Word, PPT, Access, Power BI)
6、ERP system
7、Project management skill
Language
1、Chinese native speaker.
2、Fluent English is a must, German is a plus.
