Job Description：
1. Supporting R&D colleagues to develop& updating 2D cutting CNC system;
2. Conducting first installation at customer site, performing tests at customer and providing feedback to R&D;
3. Responsible for laser cutting application and process optimization for Precitec 2D CNC + 2D cutting head systems;
4. Responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance and rebuilding of CNC cutting system;
5. Responsible for the creative and successful solution to support the production of customer, main customers in China mainland;
6. Performing regular visits at customers, maintaining good customer relationships and collecting customer needs;
7. Offer instant telephone supports and other online supports to customers;
8. Offer onsite/online trainings for customers;
9. Support to complete the other task assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement;
10. Based in Shanghai office.

Job Requirement：
1. 3-5 years working experience with Beckhoff 2D cutting CNC system is preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above;
3. Majored in Mechatronic or Photoelectron Engineering;
4. Laser cutting background “application/service” is preferred;
5. PLC programming skills mandatory
6. Good English in writing, reading, speaking and listening;
7. Customer-oriented. Be able to handle the everyday new and changing requirements from customers;
8. Could accpet long term business trip (1~2 months/ time).
