• Sales: Maintenance of existing accounts, create new business
• Implementation of Regional Policies/Procedures
• Machine and Infrastructure Maintenance

• Leadership
o Implementation of company culture and values
o Displays high ethical standards and ensures compliance with company’s code of conduct
o Performs disciplinary actions
o Assesses training needs of staff and ensures execution of training
o Annual Performance Evaluation
Education/Experience:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Business/Engineering or related fields, Master degree or MBA is a plus.
• At least 10+ years of related experience in manufacturing company, preferably in the plastics packaging industry
• Fluency in English is must

• Proven track record of plant P&L management
• Basic understanding of corporate finance functions
