Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning

* Manage demand planning process, consolidate business strategy, customer input and market insight into S&OP forecast.
* Closely monitor order conversion progress, validate demand fluctuation root cause and work with supply end for the production adjustment.
* Manage forecast accuracy, address the deviation root cause and work with stakeholders to identify the improvement plan.
Demand & Supply Balance/Inventory Management

* Partnership with product line to drive supply review with local MUs to understand the rational between capacity loading and forecast, identify the potential risk and manage the deviation, ie over production or free capacity.
* Promote alignment with stakeholders, ie sales, customer solution, product line, controlling to transparency of risk and opportunity through supply demand balance and financial expectation.
* Partnership with supply planning to manage daily S&OE process with local MUs to review and revise production plan to balance demand/supply and mitigate excess/shortage risk.
* Manage sales program, periodically review with sales team to monitor the order conversion phasing and highlight the potential capacity risk.
* Bridge stakeholders (customer solution, sales, product line) to share the order conversion % and dynamically utilize pull/push solution to max capacity loading and reduce excess stock.
* Periodically review with sales, customer solution, local MUs and controlling to minimize aging/obsolete stock and improve the inventory structure.
Localization/Network

* Work with product line to monitor localization process, include phase in/out, line transfer and etc, to ensure the service level and mitigate excess stock.
* Manage supply ORT to address the deviation root cause and work with corresponding owners for the action plan.

* Inventory % of PS Vol
Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree.
* Min 10 years MNC demand/supply planning experience with solid result, understand manufacturer planning will be a plus.
* Good interpersonal and influence skill.
* Customer oriented and result driven mindset.
* Fluent English in both oral and written.
