Key Responsibilities
1. Develop medical strategy and action plans for products/indications under charge.
2. Execute medical plans with high quality and come up with medical initiatives which can facilitate the brand development.
3. Ensure medical leadership in generating brand strategy and brand action plan on defined products or therapeutic area, provide strategic and valuable medical analysis in brand strategy developing.
4. Responsible for post launch data generation activities, including company-initiated studies, investigator-initiated studies, and publications.
5. Leverage the medical expertise in defined therapeutic area to identify the opportunities in life cycle management, participate in the key projects of product life cycle management process.
6. Lead the cross functional communications and alignments, as well as participate in global communication.
7. Beside ensuring the proper medical governance, provide the medical compliance strategic advice to business partners.

Recommended Education and Key Competency

Master's degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology or medicine relevant
A minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs
Strong knowledge of therapeutic area, infection disease is preferred.
Deep understanding of clinical trial design and rationale
Fluent English in literature reading, medical writing, and oral communication
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
Strategic thinking and business insights
Project management
