Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Management
• Accountable for the execution and optimization of the marketing mix to deliver key performance indicators and targets including MQLs, Pipeline and Revenue.
• Develop and implement China marketing plans aligned with global & country objectives, tailoring them to the specific needs and cultural nuances of local market.
• Manage a comprehensive marketing program across various channels, including trade shows, events, webinars, partner programs, and digital campaigns to drive leads, opportunities, and win business.
• Track and analyze performance data to monitor pipeline creation & progression, guide marketing planning, and report on program ROI.
Stakeholder Management
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal sales teams and external partners.
• Partner closely with regional sales leaders to develop quarterly marketing plans based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market and competitive landscape, trends and opportunities.
Leadership
• Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, PR and other teams to develop effective marketing materials and messaging for regional campaigns.
• Be an active and collaborative member of the Global Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategic marketing programs.
Research & Analysis
• Interact with current and prospective consumers to relay the product’s value and benefits while gathering direct feedback.
Internal & External Communication
• Lead on all aspects of internal LT reputation management and perception
• Ensure alignment with internal communications activity and strategy
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English;
2. 7+ years of cross-border logistics market system understanding, B to B platform related work experience;
3. Familiar with the international air and sea freight forwarding market;
4. Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs, including: field events, webinars, partner programs, and digital campaigns;
5. Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills;
6. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners;
7. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
