The role we are looking for should have solid background in accounting and should be familiar with closing process in MNCs.
JE Entry: prepare accounting journals
Reconciliation: perform accounts reconciliation, including but not limited to: intercompany reconciliation, bank reconciliation and suspense account reconciliation
Reporting: takes part in financial reporting, management reporting and compliance reporting
Analysis: takes part in account analysis, expense analysis and other ad-hoc analysis
Liaison: liaise with relevant parties on unreconciled items or other types of issues
Other Work as Assigned


Job Requirements:
One to two year(s) of accounting or related work background, and English is a must
Bachelor Degree of Accountancy or above, experience in accounting treatments in Insurance or Finance industries is preferred
Certificate: accounting related certificates are preferred
Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking; ability in Cantonese is a plus
Communication: strong interpersonal skills
Tool: knowledge in Excel functions, and pivot tables; knowledge of common office tools (Word, PPT, Visio)
