Position Summary
Ø Are you a data-driven, creative thinker with a passion for process improvement? Our IT Performance and Strategy Office is seeking a talented and innovative IT Process Management Intern (m/f/d) to join our team within the Process Management Pillar.
Ø Key Responsibilities
Ø In this role, you will work closely with our team of experts to optimize IT processes and drive performance improvement initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Ø Utilize your wizardry skills to identify gaps and inefficiencies in IT processes and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, document, and implement IT process improvements.
Ø Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning efforts for IT process improvement and risk management.
Ø Develop process performance metrics and track performance against established targets.
Ø Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, showcasing your magical insights and recommendations.

This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.

Requirements / Qualifications
Ø Graduate in computer science, engineering, business process management, or related fields.
Ø Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data sets and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, process modeling tools)
Ø Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Ø Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Ø Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ø Good English skills written and spoken
