工作要求 Requirements：
- 建筑学相关专业，研究生学历；
Hold a master's degree in Architecture.
- 有海外留学或工作经验者优先考虑；
With overseas education or working experience is a plus.
- 拥有国际视野、良好审美和设计水平，参与过大型商业、商住、公共建筑等较为复杂项目的方案设计和方案深化工作，与施工图设计院有项目对接和实施的经验;
With international vision and sense of aesthetics, having experience in scheme design and scheme deepening work of large commercial, residential, public buildings or other complex projects, and experience in project interface and implementation with local design institutes is preferable.
- 对建筑设计和艺术有浓厚兴趣，良好的手绘能力和手工模型能力，能熟练应用多种设计软件如AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、3D Max、InDesign、Rhino等设计绘图软件；
A keen interest in architectural design and art, good hand-drawing and manual modelling skills. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Max, InDesign, Rhino and such software is required.
- 关注细节，责任感强，具备较强的沟通协调能力以及演讲展示能力；
This position requires a high attentiveness to detail, strong sense of responsibility, effective interpersonal, organizational, and professional presentation skills are required.

An effective ability to work independently and within a team.
